“Have been with this credit union for over 25 years. It's a small credit union, so you must take that into consideration. They are open during the week and on Saturday mornings, with little option for customer service after hours, however they are local and care about their members and community.”
“I've been a member of Americu Credit Union for some years now and I've never had a problem with them. Their rates are unbeatable, even for a 22 year old like me. No fee checking accounts and conservative rates for savings accounts are the norm. Friendly and helpful tellers and advisors are always available to assist if they can. The biggest thing Americu has going for it, in my opinion, is their vast network of ATMs sprinkled throughout the area. All Oneida Indian Nation owned SavOns have Americu ATMs in them, and the same goes for Nice N' Easy gas stations. And another huge benefit is their ATMs located at the branch itself. This particular branch has ATMs where you can withdrawl 5 dollar increments, you can deposit checks into your account, and you can also deposit cash into your account. All through the ATM.”

“My wife and I have always had great experiences with NBT. We have our mortgage with them, and a checking account for our mortgage, and we've never had any issues. We've had two mortgages through NBT and both application processes were pretty painless. Matt Norris was our loan officer for two mortgages, and he was great to work with. i would highly recommend them for any home buying needs in the future.”
“Very friendly staff , shows great deal of concern and patience . Three lanes so I was able to do my transaction and open a checking account all through the drive thru. Wendy the manager greeted me and made me feel welcomed . Joe was working the drive thru and made it feel like I wasn’t even banking just a good experience. Definitely recommend banking here.”
“I have had very good experiences with this branch of GPO(Oneida). I mostly deal with Jeff for loans, etc but have also worked with Matthew and I recommend them both highly. Very nice, knowledgeable and willing to help. I will say there have been a couple tellers in the past who have been less than friendly or helpful- I don’t know their names or even if they’re still there but I would hope they have either adjusted their attitudes or have been relieved of their positions. But, otherwise, I think GPO is a great place to do your banking and I will continue to do so!!”
