“3/18/2026-Wife shops here frequently and always gets super service as I have when I go in also..
I went in to make a return, and Cashier was exceptional,, professional and friendly. I could not help but notice there were 3 cashiers at the registers at the time and ALL were professional and genuinely friendly. All staff always seems happy & helpful..
Special Kudos to management for setting the bar high and keeping it that way.
It is always a pleasure to come into this store.

Oct 10,2024-Had to exchange 2 slacks and again found cashier, Amanda super helpful as well as Haiti
Also met store mgr, Pam or maybe Kim)
and complimented her on having such excellent helpful, knowledgeable help.
I saw several other staff reacting with customers and it seemed like a trip back in time where customers were treated the way customers should be. The staff all worked together also.
It must be a fun place to work, and is a fun place to shop

“I love to order my groceries online and pick them up at my convenience. I still get the same prices, and I don't have the impulse buys I would have from walking around the store. Plus it saves me time, I do my ordering throughout the week as things come up, so there isn't much left to do other than select a time and submit the order. When I do go into the store I like to use the scan and go feature, so I can scan all my own groceries as I put them in the cart and once I get to self checkout it takes a max of 30 seconds and I'm out. This way my groceries are all bagged as I shop for them too!”
“I went to the Oneonta store and bought a golf cart. It was missing the title, but Sam said he would take care of it. He went above and beyond to take care of me. He is a fantastic employee that cares about his customers. I recieved my title and all is well. Thank you sooooooooo much Sam.”
