I went to the Oneonta store and bought a golf cart. It was missing the title, but Sam said he would take care of it. He went above and beyond to take care of me. He is a fantastic employee that cares about his customers. I recieved my title and all is well. Thank you sooooooooo much Sam.

Stopped by tractor supply last week to fill some propane tanks and pick up some bar oil and John was extremely helpful and personable and took care of me right away and provided a great service. It was also pretty great that they can cash you right out at the fill station and not have to go back inside to pay

I placed an online order for delivery. No courtesy phone call or anything … just an email that they cancelled my order. When I called the Oneonta store for an explanation the gentleman did try to figure out what was going on… said he would call me back and then nothing. Pretty disappointed.
