Good collection of supply - went for plumbing; prices as good as Amazon, but on demand and able to check sizes, try fittings, etc. As always, my preferred local stop since their app stores receipts and let's you avoid having to save the paper ones when you scan your rewards barcode located at the top of the main menu when logged in.

If you are looking appliances then go somewhere else. Nobody knows anything and will just make things up on the spot and lie to you. It also doesn’t appear that hardly any of the staff is trained on how to work any of their own systems at this store. I ordered a dishwasher which I had already picked out and it should have taken about twenty minutes but instead took nearly 3 hours and 4 different staff to get it setup to be delivered and installed. It was delivered to their store and sat there for over two weeks even with me calling asking where it was, it was still “on the way.” Their main Customer service finally told me that it was indeed at the store and had been for nearly two weeks but “nobody had scanned it in so the installers could pick it up.” I called the store and was put on hold 3 separate times for over 25 mins before I just hung up and went into the store again. After talking to a manager and having them do their job, miraculously an installer contacted me the next day. The installer is a third party and them and the product itself were great but please go to another location or Home Depot.

I bought a high end Samsung refrigerator 13 months the motor starts making funny noises Lowe's will not do anything about it 10 year warranty from Samsung they will not do anything about it would not buy anything from Lowe's Their managers are low end their help is low end Lowe's if you do not like My review reach out to me and fix my refrigerator I spent a lot of money refurbishing my kitchen Is not happy

We needed vinyl flooring. A staff member called up for help in flooring. They cut the flooring and wrapped it in plastic wrap using the 4ft width end so we could it in our hatchback. Very pleasant service including the pleasant cashier.

I purchaced a saniflo toilet kit 3 pieces on 6/15/22 and picked up on that day, when I brought it to the job in the city i opened the tank box and it was damaged. I brought it back to the store for an exchange, they had to contact the vendor to get me a new one. Lowes rep told me it would take a couple of weeks, so i waited and it never arrived, I called Lowes and they said that it was a problem with shipping and that I would get it soon. I waited again and now it's been 31/2 months and now they tell me I can't get a new tank and they are going to give me a refund for the tank. I called the shipping company and they told me Lowes was refunded for the tank so not only did I pay for the tank but Lowes got the refund also and never credited or refunded me. I will never shop in this store evever again. And im filing a complaint with BBB OF ONEONTA

If you are making an order for delivery, AVOID doing it from this store at all costs. Customer service is pathetic! Nothing but confusion and lack of knowledge! I spend a lot of $ at Lowe's! Those days are over!

Had a refrigerator delivered back in May. Guys never put leveling legs in, tore up my kitchen floor. Fridge came with dent in front. Spoke to store manager Alex Geiger. Sent pictures of everything along w/my email, phone numbers etc. Today is Aug. 20. Haven’t heard from store. Got a call a week ago from delivery company. Need estimate on floor. Nothing on dented fridge. Working on getting estimate. Today I got a phone call from the driver who delivered fridge. Apparently the delivery company wants him to pay for it! Felt a bit threatened. Texted delivery company and advised if driver calls again I will notify State Police. Still nothing from the store or Alex Geiger the Manager.
Lowes is the worst place to do business and particularly their Oneonta, NY store. Horrible management.

I usually shop there in the Home and Garden section for a few ornamental plants, though I have not since the pandemic. Usually, they have better quality plants for this cold zone area, the Moravia plant selection they have is quite good. The parking lot needs some shade trees.

After spending over $20k purchasing our kitchen cabinets we decided to also purchase our new appliances from Lowes. To give time for our cabinets to be fabricated we ordered our appliances to be delivered a month out from their website. The dishwasher was scheduled for installation a week before the fridge, stove & microwave. We get a notice of time window for the dishwasher to be installed. I take off work for the day. At the end of the day I get a text that install needed to be rescheduled. The earliest available was a week out. Delivery day 2 comes for the rest of the appliances and they are again a no show. Turns out their shipping partner assigned us to a store 2 hours away who immediately cancelled my entire order after I called to complain. Even my dishwasher was cancelled. Now the fun begins. I had to wait for all the holds and refunds to go back on my Lowes card for over a week before I could repurchase the appliances. Delivery day comes for the new order and they call saying the fridge and dishwasher are damaged in shipping and need to reschedule. We get a call a few days later about the new delivery date. I take off work again and at the end of the day I find out there was a glitch in their system and I wasn’t scheduled until the end of the week. Wtf? I took off a total 4 days now and they still haven’t delivered anything. Meanwhile I lost 4 days of jobs. Id go on about their granite vendor but I’ll run out of space. Overall I lost way more money than I saved. Stay away from Lowes. They are a worthless piece of turd.
