A teller never looked at a check to see if it was washable n I had to pay the bank back because of your tellers stupidity im not thrilled because of your mistake

My first time using NBT since moving into the area. Very nice lady that handled my transaction and I was relieved. I witnessed the teller / representative at the adjacent window receiving abuse from a customer for absolutely no reason from the minute he walked up. She was very patient and did not react badly. Impressive.
