Not only was Amanda amazing with my very skittish golden Retriever (those of you who know... know)! Her customer service with me was beyond compare! She went above & beyond when she could have just said "tuff luck" for my lack of preparation! My boy looks and SMELLS amazing & he was very happy with his spa day! Thanks Petco & specifically Amanda!

I was nervous about spending nearly $200 on flea treatment, said something under my breath about it and she went onto the Petco website to price match. She saved me $20, I was so thankful. I was having a hard day and she made it a bit easier. Also the grooming / vetco services are awesome.

525 Main St, OneontaI've been going to OVH for many years, through different ownership and veterinarians, and have always been happy with how pets and humans alike are treated. (Even my fear-aggressive dog does fine with checkups!) The manager, Stacy, has got to be a big part of that continuity, as she's the one face I can remember being a constant all these years, and she's always on top of things. Hats off to everyone at OVH for running a tight ship with a welcoming smile.
