“I have heard bad reviews about Petcos grooming services in the past. They are SO very wrong! Not only was Amanda amazing with my very skittish golden Retriever (those of you who know... know)! Her customer service with me was beyond compare! She went above & beyond when she could have just said "tuff luck" for my lack of preparation! My boy looks and SMELLS amazing & he was very happy with his spa day! Thanks Petco & specifically Amanda!”

“Never had a problem at the previous supply store on 23 or the new tractor supply on 23 everyone is extremely helpful has always been extremely helpful and happy yes sometimes very overworked but they never take it out on the customers I moved up from Long Island and it became like my number two go to store from many things their cat and dog foods are a little overpriced but when there was a big problem with getting cat food they always had it so you know it's smaller than Walmart which is usually my cat food store and Petco if I want to pay a lot more money so I do go back and forth but the cons do not out number the pros I can tell you in the new store there's a lot of new staff but overall everyone is really good yeah there's a new cashier they had that has been like it every store in the area and she has a bit of a tude but I think it's just her over all personality it's kind of bland anyway I'm really hoping to get a job there I would love to be in their new floral departments get it rolling for the fall in the summer and that's not why I'm giving this great review I gave it to the old store and now I'm giving it to the new store”

“One young woman was extremely helpful. I wish I knew her name. She removed the plastic from my dog toy, crawled on the floor to get it out from under a shelf and helped other customers with fish and reptiles at the same time. I noticed her customer service!”
