Never like dealing with Sears. Overpriced and never have items in stock. Always have to have items delivered to my home. Update: After eight days for delivery, it was the wrong size belt. Now I will have to return and will be out of time and money. I will NEVER go through Sears again.

Although we didn't buy anything because they didn't have exactly what we needed, we wish we could have to support this business. Very friendly, and good customer service.

You will find amazing customer service at this store. Staff absolutely go above and beyond. Sears Hometown Store definitely cares about their customers. They are incredibly polite and will do anything to help. I don't think I've ever done a review of a business here on FB, but they were so awesome, I just had to.
