“The need was for a window air conditioner. We started looking at A/C units in the front of the store and an employee asked if we needed help. We showed him a picture with info for the unit we wanted. He assisted us in finding what we wanted. There was a bit of a glitch with paying, but it was worked out with some assistance.”
