“My boyfriend and I stopped into this Gun shop to see the inventory and look around. He walked away with a beautiful shot gun that was very affordable. He was able to add it to his collection. I loved the owners are very knowledgeable and approachable. They helped him with all the paperwork. He was approved same day to take it home. We found our new local shop now. It’s been great to learn more as well. I look forward to continuing to work with them. They treated me the same way as him. At the end of the day they are not there for the sale they are there for the right kind of reasons and love of the business as well as the sport. They will order anything you need to if they don’t have it.”
“If I could give the staff at this store 10 stars I would. Chris Monaco and his Manager was absolutely wonderful to deal with. My grandson was playing at Cooperstown and cracked his bat that was purchased at Dicks in NJ.
They helped assist us and resolve our problem. Filed a claim with Easton to replace the bat and went above and beyond customer service. I recommend going to this Dicks when you are at Cooperstown. A+ service”
