“While having to fix your car as a result of an accident is always a disagreeable experience, I have to say that at least Clarkstown International Collision made this unpleasant experience much more tolerable. I have only been in a few accidents in all my years of driving, so my knowledge of auto body places is limited. Clarkstown International Collision was recommended by my insurance company, and although I was wary of going with a complete unknown, I’m glad I took their advice. I found Clarkstown to be extremely pleasant, accommodating, and honest. They also did an amazing job fixing my car. They even gave it a good cleaning on both the outside and inside, when all that was damaged was the bumper! There is one person I would like to single out – Joseph, the person in charge of fixing my car. When I brought the car in, I was still very shaken by the accident. Joseph patiently walked me through each step of the process and never showed any sign of annoyance, even when I had to repeat some of my questions several times over. If I ever have another accident – which I hope I don’t – I will not hesitate to bring my car to Clarkstown International Collision.”

I had a dent in my hood and given the fact it's aluminum, it was not clear whether they would be able to fix the dent using the E-Z Dent method or should do it the old way buy fixing it and painting the hood. Chances were 50%-50%.Well, Tulio was able to do miracles again!! “Before coming to this shop, I went to 2 mechanics, and they weren't able to help me because of the type of transmission i had. They kept referring me to someone else. I started my search, and I came across H & S Auto Transmission. I brought my car into the shop because I was experiencing issues. It was lagging, whenever I pressed the gas pedal, the car would delay before moving forward and among other issues my car had.Now, as young woman, I don’t know much about cars, so image being refer twice and no help.I was so happy that I found someone who knew about transmissions and the different kinds.The owner explained my transmission type and why it was experiencing such issues. He gave me a better understand of what my car issues were. The owner definitely did his due diligence, in ensuring everything was running perfectly before returning the car. When I arrived to pick up my car, he provided photos and a detail log explaining everything what he found while working on my car.Their pricings are so affordable. I ended up getting a new transmission at an amazing price along with 1 year warranty.Unfortunately, I can only give a 5 star but if I could, I would have given more because I am truly satisfied with their business and how they handled everything. They are so professional, fast and honestly cares about their customers.”
