“My first time ordering from this Lowe's. I usually order from Ridge Hill, but honestly Ridge Hill doesn't usually have everything I need. I ordered online with curb side pickup. It was so easy. I parked in the curbside pickup spot, logged in, and before I could even take my head out of the phone and log off the guy from Lowe's was knocking on my window! I ordered cold patch and driveway sealer. The gentleman was kind enough to put everything in my car. Love it!”

“I was referred to Dennis at Allen Carpet in Yonkers, NY by a friend who was helping me during a very stressful move into a new apartment. The new apartment desperately needed new carpeting in the bedroom before I could move in. I got the OK from the landlord to pick out new ones. From my initial call to Allen Carpet, Dennis was so helpful, assertive and knowledgeable. Within 48 hours, Dennis was at the new apartment taking measurements and I was sampling and picking out the new carpet at the store the same day! The new rugs were installed three days later! They arrived on time, installed new carpet, vacuumed, cleaned up and even neatly put out old carpet to be picked up by sanitation. Something that could've easily been a stressful process was done with such seamless ease thanks to Dennis and his team at Allen Carpet, Yonkers. I am loving my new carpets and highly recommend!”

“So I came in to do a return on something that was supposed to be for seven days and the assistant manager named John was so kind and he was able to do the return for me even though it was 14 days so guys if you wanna shop at a Home Depot that is very helpful. The team is wonderful and they have a great assistant manager named John come to the Paramus location. I recommended highly five stars all the way.”

He took the time to clearly explain the features of the refrigerator and carefully went over the dimensions to make sure it would fit properly in my home. Even though I was in a rush because I was on my lunch hour, Kenneth never made me feel hurried. He truly went above and beyond to help me and made the whole process easy and stress-free. His patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service really stood out. I highly recommend working with him if you’re shopping at this location. I really wish I was able to finish my order at the store, but there was an issue with the computer not showing the product correctly. “I remodeled my house a few years ago and had to decide whether to use the big chain across the street... Or Beckerle lumber who have been there for decades. As price was an issue I did my research. When all was said and done Beckerle was iby far the wiser choice. The Big chain across the street was completely useless. Nobody knew what they were doing and nobody even wanted to help me. The guys at berckerle we're amazing, professional, and so helpful they probably saved me thousands of dollars with their knowledge. They saved me from making countless mistakes and we're always there for advice when I needed it. They went above and beyond to make sure my project was completed on time and on budget. If you're doing work, do not waste your time going for discount products and service. Go to the professionals. Trust me they are the best. I will never go any where else.”
