Lowe's has phenomenal staff. One of them greeted us upon our entrance, and immediately pointed is towards the right aisle for our desired purchase! A real pleasure to shop at Lowe's!

I just left Lowe’s after being there for 45 minutes waiting in my car for a grill that they told me to come pick up in three different text messages. I arrive and the young man there spent 15 minutes, trying to look up the order and w a second person who’s standing there for the whole time then says use his phone . fast-forward. They brought out a grill that was fully assembled that couldn’t fit in my car. I requested one that was not assembled ridiculous all along. I’m telling them it’s 100° and I need to pick up my nephew, no offer of water no, I’m sorry. No can we discount the price down for your troubles no nothing Beware the customer service here. They have no training and they walk around like zombies looking at each other. They sent me a text saying thank you for picking up the merchandise. I did not pick up the merchandise. I asked for a refund. I have not gotten a refund. I will keep updating this until I get a refund on my credit card horrible horrible horrible customer service.

Some of the managers are nice, but don’t order anything that’s a special order to this location or your 250 dollar purchase will “go missing” temporarily. Employees said they couldn’t find what we ordered for two days after it said it been delivered. Finally we went back for the third time trying to get some information, eventually someone found it all the way in the back shelf with a return sticker over the order and name. Before giving it to us, they removed the blue sticker and printed a new label like nothing happened. Sketchy as hell to say the least.

Bought a new faucet well at least I thought it was new.when plumber came to put in it was someone’s rewrap old faucet.so some smart person got a new faucet and I got his old broken down faucet.now plumber has to come back lost a day at work.don’t they check returns.

Love this store, I go here a lot, but staff needs to check peoples military id's for the discount, because there's a roofing/home building business (H.P.B) in the local area using stolen valor to receive military discounts on home building materials every week at this particular store. I've personally witnessed this man doing this on a number of occasions and he's never been in the military. It's gross.

I usually don't write reviews im a contractor, but beware of this Lowes location one of the worst customer service I have never seen no one will help you they will give you the run around then hung up on you till you get frustrated. and if purchase something at that location and see it in another Lowes location lower priced they will not match the price. they act like a fancy boutique everything is overpriced go to the clarkstown store is cheaper and better customer service. the Paramus nj store is the best Lowes in term of service and communications and prices they lost my business it may not make a big dent but on their revenue but i put it out there for people to see it.

Lowe's won't match the price on their own website, the website won't use the loyalty rewards money they issue you and spending over an hour and a half on the phone with customer service results in them telling you to go into the store, and spend $9 more for an item to use the $5 rewards credit.
What kind of absurd system do they use here?
Loyalty program is just a bait and switch to get you to come into the store. Just stop shopping at Lowe's.

Friendly, I looked up where to find it on the internet, and found the things I needed.
It was always there.

At first it was 5 stars, but I went to pick up what I ordered online.
They said I could pick it up, but I couldn't.
I went the next day and it was such crappy service that pickup was not possible. ㅡ
I lost 2 days

Staff need to be retrained if I have an online account I want receipts send email. They automatically press paper receipt. So annoying

Had a very poor experience today at the Orangeburg Lowes. Went for a handrail with only 2 left in stock, both having a product code but no barcode. Cashier made me go back to the back of the store to take a picture of the shelf label, which ended up non existent. After finding the exact item online matching the photo AND product #, I ended up in an argument over it not being the correct item, and her pointing to another item which matched all the other hand railings, but not the one i had. HomeDepot is nearby and i never had to argue with their employees.

Do not order items for delivery from this store. They are unable to deliver within yor delivery window. They are unable to tell where your items are. When I called for help I was basically told that they cannot help me and they don't really care . I new to shopping at lowes as they are the closest to my new house, but I will never go back. Lost this customer forever.
