“We recently just purchased a new vehicle from West Herr. We originally reached out in search of possibly switching from a Rav 4 to an Equinox and met Joe Saltenburger. He gave us multiple options and spent days trying to find the right fit for us. After multiple options, we decided to stick with a new Rav 4. At this point many salesman would cut their losses and love on to the next customer, but that's not where Joe stopped. “I'm very glad I stopped here to replace a windshield wiper. I have a 2018 Subaru Impreza and the wipers are not standard. They don't sell them at Walmart. I didn't catch the name of the associate at Advance Auto Parts but he really helped me out. He had to find the parts to basically build the wiper and he installed it for me. I greatly appreciated his help.”

Process was pretty confusing for me as this has never happened but Ventura’s was super helpful and Bonnie was patient with all my questions. They also did a great job repairing.
