Bought a used car about a week ago, almost perfect condition.Candice was great, but the detailers here suck! had them do it twice and it was still bad! at least it was a free detailing i guess.

Bought a 2023 Mazda Cx5 Carbon Edition. Back in April when took delivery of the vehicle it wasn’t washed correctly and scratches on piano trim near the shifter and near the fuse box panel. Left a review manager said to drop it off to be rewatched however scratches are still there.

Towne has been a WNY family-owned automotive establishment since 1969. Our first dealership, Towne Lincoln-Mercury, was started by Frank Downing in June 1969 in a small strip plaza in Orchard Park. Over the years we have had the opportunity to expand our franchise portfolio to eight franchises including Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Buick, Mazda and Hyundai. We also added a Quick Lane Service Department for no appointment service needs.
