Ventura's CARSTAR Collision is a top notch shop with a family staff that goes above and beyond. The staff is extremely accommodating, kind, and professional, keeping customers informed through the entire process. They are on top of the steps needed and provide excellent communication. Their work is fabulous, with cars looking better than new and returned perfectly clean. The collision crew is the best, completing work perfectly, fine, and quickly once started. They help customers through every situation. Ventura's is a class act and comes highly recommended for all collision repair needs.
I took my vehicle in after it was hit by someone else and I had to use their insurance. Process was pretty confusing for me as this has never happened but Ventura’s was super helpful and Bonnie was patient with all my questions. They also did a great job repairing. I would recommend Ventura’s to anyone. 10/10

After my truck was hit in an accident the staff at Venturas was on top of the process with me and letting me know what steps were needed. After I got the call the truck was a total loss they helped through that as well. The family staff at Venturas goes above and beyond.
