Custom Carpet Centers is a well-respected flooring company that has been serving customers for many years. Their knowledgeable and experienced staff, including Mark Lalley, Pam, Cliff, Mike, and Kathy, provide exceptional service and guidance to clients throughout the flooring selection and installation process.
The company offers a wide range of flooring options, including American-made carpets, vinyl, and LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring. Customers appreciate the expert estimators who think outside the box and help them choose the right product for their needs. The installers, such as Vince and Tim, are also highly skilled and deliver quality workmanship.
While the sales experience is consistently positive, with helpful and patient staff, the estimating process can sometimes be confusing, with a lack of clarity on what is included in the baseboard/trim estimate. However, the hard flooring installation is often described as excellent, with the vinyl flooring and baseboard/trim installation receiving high praise.
Overall, Custom Carpet Centers is a reliable and trusted flooring provider, known for its quality products, professional staff, and generally satisfactory installation experience. Customers appreciate the company's dedication to their projects and are often happy to return for future flooring needs.
Had a fire have to redo all flooring. It's been a very good experience.

We purchased our carpet from Ron at the Niagara Falls store. The carpet is beautiful, the installers (Brandon and Jake) were great, the scheduling was exactly what we needed. An overall great experience. I would definitely recommend.
