“I had planned on just re-mulching my front garden, but after much consideration, decided to add a retaining wall around it. I needed 72 blocks total, and after finding a pallet that was half-full (I added a few to make it have the 72 needed), I asked if someone could please get a forklift to load the pallet into my truck and save me loading a cart and unloading them into my truck one-by-one. Luckily for me, a forklift driver was available, and they were able to do just that! Shout out to Dominic, who because the forklift ran out of propane mid-way through the process, had to carry the propane cylinder all the way to the back to refill it, just to carry the full tank back— now THAT is excellent customer service!”

“From listening to conversations, I can tell you the father and son Team here really cares about helping people out and are extremely knowledgeable just from listening to them. Super friendly highly recommend anybody else as well. I rented a torpedo heater and they even had some good recommendations how to use it. I’m not in the neighborhood often but if you need some help, this is the place to go, they have a good amount of hardware and other things to choose from as well besides just rentals on the shelf, depending on what you need to buy.”
“Placed an order in February for some bulbs that I ended up not picking up. Assumed it would be cancelled and forgot about it. Got an email today saying thanks for picking it up, which I never did especially if I'm sitting at home. Manager was nice and refunded me but employees should verify stuff is picked up especially if they no longer have the item where it should be and actually cancel an order correctly.”

“Every worker is very nice.They closed the loading dock so we could not get the top soil bags in the truck because we were getting like 30 bags but they told us we could pull around to the back of the store so we did and they helped us and it was very quickly”
