“Marc was excellent, patient, hooked up all of our contacts, emails, etc. Paid off our Verizon phones & lowered our payments monthly with brand new Samsung s25s. I had what were probably stupid questions for him & he never made me feel that way, and did not rush anything. There were walk ins but he honored our appointment & took us when scheduled. We love the phones so far, & I texted him after we left with another goofy question & got a helpful reply minutes later. Very happy!”

“We have been with ColoCrossing for 8 years now and have nothing but good things to say about their service. As far as I can recall, we have never had any downtime during these 8 years. Support is incredibly fast, they usually respond in just a few minutes after submitting a request. All their staff are well trained and take care of any task we throw at them. I can't really find anything negative to say about them. I just hope this level of service continues for our future with them.I am not sure why they have any negative reviews as they take spam seriously. They have their own in house mail volume tracking which null routes IP's that have a high volume of mail. They also work closely with Spamhaus to keep spammers off their network. I can only think the negative reviews here are fake or from people with baseless information.”
“I set up a new account on the phone this morning (which was really easy and the young woman who helped me was phenomenal), and I opted to pick up the equipment at this location in the afternoon. It was a very pleasant experience. The store was clean and spacious, the wait time was short, and all the employees were friendly and helpful.”
