Update based on owner response, want to earn back my business have real people at cash register not self check out, till then I will shop at home depot or Value hardware or any other place that has people doing check outs. As a military veteran, it's a shame what big companies are doing to lower their staff and reduce people incomes. I will never shop at a store that only uses self checkout it takes people jobs away.Gave 2 stars, no regular registers open, only self checkout. I do not and will never use self checkout. Left and drove 5 miles to Home Depot. I would rather drive a longer distance than use self checkout. They do not give me a discount to ring up and bag my own stuff. Never will shop Lowes again. Bye bye

Do NOT utilize this LOWE'S for blind installation services. I ordered multiple BALI 2in Faux Wood Blinds (several thousand dollars worth) in early April 2023.....here we are December 5 2023 and I am still waiting on the final (2) wands to arrive so my "order" can be closed - wands that shockingly did not ship with what should have been the final shipment....I say shockingly because LOWE'S and this process has gotten me to the point that each shipment received/installation attempt I fully expect an issue to arise - whether it be mis-measurements, product issues, missing parts, broken parts or unreturned phone calls throughout this process it should be a total embarrassment to any company, let alone LOWE'S of OP. If LOWE'S knowingly signs-off on doing business with Window Treatments Unlimited as a subcontractor/representative, they are just as culpable for the terrible experience and installation service IMO. Do yourself a favor and use another company or local business (any company!)....that is unless you enjoy a dozen setbacks, delays and headache that span the course of nearly a year!

Had the worst experience ever purchasing a range. It took waiting 30 minutes to find a sales person to sell it. Next huge delays in delivery and installation. I had to wait for a week with 2 stoves in my house until the installer (who was from Best Buy) to install. It's still not installed as the driver called yesterday because his partner was sick. Today he called and tried not to come because of weather. I then texted him a picture of a clear path he said he would be coming...still waiting. I'm done with Lowe's. I recommend Orville's in the Buffalo area for appliances. Going back to them from now on! Also missed two days of work over this. Lowe's you should not be in the appliance business.

Need shades trimmed and was told by employee, I'm the only one here. He's helping other people and I've been waiting a half hour with other frustrated people. Page someone to help since you ignore the other people while helping others.

I needed assistance to purchase drain hose. The first employee couldn't answer questions so they told me to wait one minute while they found someone that would help me. After 15 minutes I went to find someone else that could help but nobody else was in sight. They need more helpful employees.

My neighborhood home improvement store. It’s typically a good time there, no issues, and I can find what I want pretty easily by referencing the app. I have no problem with using self-checkout, so no complaints there. The only issue I’ve ever had there, and it was a big one, was an issue with some cabinets and a countertop I ordered several years ago, when I moved into my house. There was some sort of miscommunication between Lowe’s and the companies contracted to do the installations. The cabinet company said Lowe’s gave them inaccurate measurements. The countertop company, Stone Central, claimed the same thing. The kitchen took two months longer than expected to be completed, which wouldn’t have been a huge deal except my father was in the hospital and very anxious for updates on my kitchen renovation. It was supposed to have been completed months before, but it wasn’t and he died before it was done. I have no plans for using Lowe’s as a middleman again, but as a store, as a place to go for materials and whatever I need to do house and yardwork, it’s been great.

Had to scour the store at 5pm on a Friday to find an employee, then when I tracked down a nice fella he told me it would take 45 mins to get a new pallet down since they would have to wait for a fork truck operator. Fine I’ll get the returned tile and pick through all the broken pieces (maybe you guys should just scrap those and eat the cost instead of making customers do that)Finally got to checkout and I can’t get my military discount because they don’t have any cashiers up only self checkout….god bless America.Coorporate America at its finest. Not impressed with this store, at least the workers they had were nice but this is more a shot at the company as a whole.

Our cashier, Judy H. Was excellent she was the fastest cashier we had in the past 25 years!! Bar none. Even with the veterans discount and she was very pleasant. Hope she stays at Orchard Park, NY store. Other things that weren't as good as she was that you were still selling air conditioners in September and I was looking for a tower heater. The guys in the deptment didn't know what I was talking about.

We refinished our deck with Cabot Deck Correct, it came out fantastic. Paint department was very helpful.
