It is a neighborhood home improvement store where it is typically a good time with no issues, and you can find what you want pretty easily. Many customers report good experiences with helpful and kind workers who take time explaining everything and provide excellent help across different departments. One customer had an amazing experience with a next-day dishwasher delivery, and the store took care of an issue with the wrong unit. They are also the only place that can have specific needed items. However, some issues have occurred. There can be problems like a military discount not working, causing annoyance. More significantly, there have been big issues with special orders like cabinets and countertops, involving miscommunication with contracted installation companies and inaccurate measurements, leading to major delays. While some plan to avoid Lowe's as a middleman for such services, as a store for materials and house and yardwork, it has been great for many.
Every worker is very nice.They closed the loading dock so we could not get the top soil bags in the truck because we were getting like 30 bags but they told us we could pull around to the back of the store so we did and they helped us and it was very quickly

Only place that had what I needed.they do have a problem with their on line ordering system. Someone has my phone number listed in their acct they need a better system.

Probably one of my favorite stores... Sometimes I just go here to wander around and look at the plant section...
