“Looking for living room furniture so I thought I’d buy local. When I went in the store, there were no other customers so the owner (?) and I took our time looking thru materials. He gave me some good information, we leisurely gabbed about things. It was a nice visit-like stopping in to see a friend. The set will come in about 6-8 weeks. I hope all goes well.”
“Save your paperwork! After a year the mattress has given up any support it had. It's now hard and the side has blown out. Great people to deal with put subpar product. *Update* They were extremely helpful sending me a copy of original purchase paperwork and sending how to receive a factory warranty. I'm unsure how the mattress failed seeing how my wife and I are not obese but with the customer service we received I'll definitely buy from them again.”
