Don’t really understand the negative reviews . We were in and out. The salesperson Melissa M was helpful , nice and didnt feel like I was being “sold” something . I am in sales so I appreciate that kind of service . Price was good , bed is comfortable . Delivery was offered within 2 days . Happy Customer
