“I came in without an appointment hoping to get in quick. It took about an hour but again, I didn't have an appointment so that's my own fault and wasn't terrible. I was taken back and blood drawn by Emily. She was probably the best I've ever had getting bloodwork. I wasn't even sure that she had the needle in, she was that good. She was also warm and friendly. I'll be returning to this location when needed and hopefully I'll get Emily or someone as great as she is!”
“This is the 2nd Quest I've been to in the last couple weeks. This is the nicest experience I've had so far. I signed up for my appointment ahead of time online and checked in with a text message when I arrived. Super easy!! I sat down and only waited maybe two or three minutes before they called me back. My phlebotomist was super nice and friendly and made great conversation while she did my tests. The whole process only took 5-10 minutes and I was so impressed compared to the last time I went to a different location. I'll definitely be back to this one for any more testing.”

“Idk who the tech was and i feel bad for not gettin her name, that helped me but she was super. made me instantly comfortable and reassured and even laughed at my lame jokes. needles freak me out and she was so highly skilled it was over before i realized it. she got 5 gallons(jk lol)5 tubes in like seconds and had me on my way in no time which was kinda a bummer cuz she was really nice funny sweet and kind i could of hung around there all day cutting up and clowning around w her. i have a lil peeve when professionals today are overly professional bcuz it makes me think theyre dead inside but not this girl shes a total rock star and was absolutely a delight. i gotta do this blood work next year too & i really hope shes there. somebody should get her a day off with pay or buy her lunch or a lil bonus or a cool gift card or something. she deserves it and putting up with my wacky jokes she earned it too lol. i bet shes this awesome to every patient who she sees. thank her for me. ✌️♥️? signed, #genxlegend”

“I had a really good experience here- I had to come in to get some labs done before a doctor’s appointment. I lucked out and found an appointment over my lunch from work. I got there maybe 10 minutes early, and got called back maybe 5 minutes late? Cassandra was the phlebotomist who took my blood, and she was super nice, very professional, and worked quickly and painlessly. Great visit, I’d absolutely go back to this location.”

“This morning was an early one- my appointment was for 5:40am and to my surprise there were already 1/2 doz people in there, luckily I had the appointment through the app. The app was easy to navigate and even sent me reminders that I had to fast - they also sent me a mobile check in code if I wanted to stay in the car and wait - I was also given a QR code to scan for an easier check in. This office was clean, neat and organized. The gal who took my blood was good, I mean REAL GOOD. My veins are not easy to find - ohhhh, she found it and I couldn't have been happier. Usually it's an ordeal that I hate . She was a very caring and empathetic person that really seems to like her job. That right there tells you a lot. I would not hesitate to go back to this location.”
“I went yesterday for an appointment at 3:30. I was served within 10 minutes of arriving by Giovanny. Getting blood work is usually difficult for me, however Giovanny was excellent and made the process very easy. Great experience and great customer service.”

“Semi Annual Blood Test - not at all painful. Care Quality - I was a walk-in but need the results done for an appointment next week. I just waited about 10 minutes. The line was fast moving with two walking in ahead me. The place is small but clean and modern - pretty graphic designs. Office Experience - I live in the area and was coming back from a PT appointment . Read the reviews of this location and was going to go to my old place on Sheridan tomorrow. That was simply because of the rotten reviews. I have a sense of humor so I'm ready for a story about this horrible place. I found Courtney was my technician for the blood test. She was friendly, young, helpful, answered my questions and helped other patients who were waiting. She had a good touch and didn't hurt. Found my vein easily. Very nice, friendly and professional. So my story was that you really shouldn't go by reviews because I had a great experience getting a blood test. Thank you, Courtney!!!”
“Make an appointment. Seems like all the bad reviews are from walkins not being seen in a timely fashion. It is SUPER easy to make an apt on their website. Yea the waiting room isn’t great but there’s the option to wait in your car and have them txt you which I really liked. My appointment was at 11:30, I checked in at the kiosk, was able to go back to my car and wait a few minutes then got my text to come back in. Was done and out by 11:50 and the person doing my bloodwork was friendly. No complaints from me just plan ahead and you’ll be fine!”
