“I have been using option care for about 7 years now. My nurse Joanne DeLprince has by far made the whole experience working with this company worth it. I started with subcutaneous IGG therapy and moved to IVIg therapy. Joanne is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She is a pleasure to have in the home and is committed to continuing educating herself and patients. She has stayed longer to administrator TPA and always goes above and beyond. I had to add TPN to my routine and I love working with Madeline, she is attentive and listens to my needs. Erica is great at filling my orders and ensuring I have the supplies needed. I would have given 5 stars however I had a PEG tube placed and it was infected due to the lack of shipment in supplies to care for the tube. My delivery for feeding was a month after my tube placement and was left outside, which was no good to use. I ended up having to have the PEG tube removed and restart TPN. Last complaint is since the company switched delivery services they are inconsistent and not as friendly as the group of people. I never know when my delivery is coming because they will send the text message hours before they show up.”

“I've always had issues with every pharmacy I've ever gone to. This is the only one where I've never had an issue and the staff is extremely friendly. The staff I've encountered never seems bothered and even seeing them take care of older people they show extreme patience. I drive out of my way to go to this location because of how attentive this location is. I have a Rite Aid down the road from me but I drive 10 minutes out of my way specifically for the service here.”

“My husband and I have gone to Anthony Brown's for about 20 years. Service has always been excellent. The pharmacists have been patient and willing to discuss concerns we've had about prescriptions. Randy has been especially helpful.”

“This Rite Aid was incredibly helpful after a different location decided not to thaw any covid vaccine doses.We had made multiple appointments over the course of the day at a different location & after several failed attempts at getting my Son's second Pfizer shot we called this location and not only were they able to get us right in, they were friendly and inviting. They didn't make us feel like they were too busy and didn't even act put out by us coming in at 8PM.The location was clean, every employee greeted us when we arrived and told us to have a good night when we left.Definitely recommend because they were so sweet and helpful accommodating usThe first Rite Aid we went to on Seneca ST not only let us know they were too busy and put out by our appointments, but they were completely unhelpful and wasted multiple hours of our day having us schedule online so they'd have time to thaw a dose- then still not having a dose thawed when we came back hours later. They refused to schedule in person despite claiming our online appointments weren't showing on their schedule and just kept telling us to schedule online despite not honoring the 2 appointments we'd already made. The woman finally told me over the phone when I called (because my husband is nicer and was just going to keep making appointments apparently) that they had more important things to do.I suspect the employee at the Seneca St Rite Aid was anti vaccine- why else would she be so incredibly unhelpful to the point of actively hindering - then saying she was too busy and had better things to do?REGARDLESS I'm glad that she was so awful, because I didn't even know THIS location existed. It's not far off my route home and it's way better than the one near my house :)”

“Visited May 23rd. 0523131082006034. Terrible Un-Caring. Unless Mandy is there nothing gets done. Had to repeat bd 3-4 times and name. Finally got my husband's script. Mine was called in on May 5th and May 6th. Claims they have no record. Had to ask pharmacy to contact Dr. No volunteer from them. Love Rite aide. Sorry I wasn't aware of the confusion.”

“I don't usually take the time to review a drugstore, however the girl at the register Friday evening was so pleasant that I might be coming to this location more often. I was really stressed out over having sick kids at home and while she didn't necessarily do anything out of the ordinary, her personality was so bubbly and sweet that she made me smile and feel a little better! Wish I knew her name but I'm sure she'll do great things someday!”
