“I do a quick package drop off at the desk about 2-3 times a week. They're always friendly and, when I have questions, they're happy to help and knowledgeable.
Even though I just drop off, my alerts tell me that they scan those packages quickly.
All the post offices in the area are good, but the West Seneca office is at the top of my list.”
“Stopped in right at the time they opened - I didn't really expect a whole lot except for some tired employees just looking to get through the day and for the first time I had a happy experience - Jackie helped me at the counter, she was extremely friendly and she was also smiling. I appreciate that! It made going into the post office early in the morning bearable!”
“I hope my cards arrive well...I asked for international stamps but the price seemed low.
Edit: They arrived quickly, I can't believe I paid so little for the stamps while at the Cheektowaga post office the employee asked me much more for simple "labels" (which worked well). damaged one of the cards)”
“I lost my tracking number and was so desperate to find a package that I had sent and hadn’t been delivered! I was so worried and SURE that there would be nothing they could do, but I called and Brian worked so hard to find it for me and eventually did! Amazing customer service. My only complaint about the office is once when I went in there, the employees were not wearing masks”

“I don’t understand all the 1 star reviews. They seem fine to me, sometimes the wait is a bit long on Saturdays but that is understandable.
Generally fine service and as long as you know what you’re doing , they’re supportive.”

These two go above and beyond to ensure stellar service and I actually look forward to my post office runs solely because of them. In fact, I once dropped my credit card in the post office and they made sure it got back to me. Now THAT'S unparalleled customer service. I love this location!”
“I normally wouldn't review a post office but I think this one is doing just fine despite a lot of negative reviews so BAM - 5 stars! I've always had good service from various staff members when I stop in to mail out packages. I don't feel rushed when I'm trying to choose which stamps I want. I have not had any bad experiences, ever, for the 13 years I've lived in South Buffalo. People also seem to complain about their mail carriers but ours is very friendly, accommodating and all around great.”

“I was trying to have several packages picked up. I’m unfamiliar with the process, So I reached out to my local post office, which is located on William Street in Buffalo. When I called the night before I spoke with Alicia, who was extremely helpful, Giving the important information I needed to make sure my package pick up went smoothly. When I called back the next morning to let them know I forgot to submit the online request she told me “no problem. I printed out and gave him the information from your prior request” she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, even calling him after I had just missed him. He came back 10 minutes later and was nice as ever.”

“Many thanks to Stephanie at the Orchard Park USPS location. She was friendly, incredibly helpful, and provided exceptional customer service.
I walked in today trying to figure out what size packaging would be best to ship the two items that I needed to ship. I figured I'd buy the box, take it home, pack it, seal it, and bring it back to ship it.
I waited my turn, and got called up. Stephanie asked me what I was trying to ship and if I knew the weight. I said I wasn't sure, but the items were in my car. She told me to go get them and we'd go from there.
Shortly after I returned from my car, Stephanie helped me pack and ready the box for shipping.
I cannot thank Stephanie enough for all her help today, and for simplifying the process on top of it. Stephanie deserves more than just 5 stars”
