I want to like this place more but the staff aren't always super friendly and helpful . Ya don't really get a welcoming feeling when your their trying to discover the next cool running shoe your going to love.

After UPS lost my package, I went to runners roost to get Uggs. The sales associates were so helpful, educated me on the sizing of Uggs and helped me pick the perfect pair. Will be going back for all my shoe needs!

Excellent service. I was looking for an alternative to the shoe store in Gowanda (extremely unreliable hours, does not return calls) and in Runner's Roost I have found it. I will be back next time I need a pair of runners.

I thought they were short staffed, but at least one employee came out of the back and looked around while I sat waiting unacknowledged for about ten minutes. I just decided to leave since I had someone waiting for me outside and didn't even know how much longer it eould be.
