“Amazing vet visit. The front desk attendant was helpful and very friendly, then we met with the tech and she was smart caring and helpful. A very positive experience so far, but when we met with the veterinarian Dr. H, well I can’t say enough about her. She was very thorough in every way. She gave us treatment options, broke down all the scenarios, and was truly helpful, caring and trustworthy. She then broke down all the pricing options and was not trying to push expensive treatments on us, but gave us all the information to make our own best decision for the best care for our precious dog. I absolutely loved her. I’m so happy we went here.”

“I had to put my best friend to sleep two days ago and i was a sobbing mess when i arrived. I called ahead as Ive never been there and every single person was kind to me from start to finish. I waited in my van with him until i got the call and i couldn't get my dude in a carrier so i carried him in and instead of telling me i need a carrier they just let me into a room. The staff spoke softly and were gentle with him but also with me. They sat down next to me instead of standing over me. They took me into a room with soft natural lighting, dim lights, a couch and comfy chairs, even an area rug. The dr was given a vibrating pager and i had the call button. I was able to love on him all i wanted before i pressed that button. Its a horrible thing to do, and they made a conscious effort to comfort me the best they could. It was a pleasant place to put him down...not a clinical cold vet table or floor. Truly special group of women that helped me through literal heart break.”
“Thorn ave has been such a great place to take my pets. From at home euthanasia for my 17.5 yr old dog :( to cat care, and now 2 rescue dogs with health concerns. They've been excellent, and they dont try to upsell services . Reasonable pricing. Excellent staff.”
