Veterinarians in Hamburg, NY

“I don't think you can find a better Vet! Always greeted with a smile and excellent service. You would be lucky to have these folks looking after your pet.”

“Was an awesome experience taking my dog there the medical staff are friendly and explain everything to you what's going on with your pet I would recommend taking your fur babies here”

“I had an emergency with my 13 year old chihuahua. My family just moved to New York and the clinic we transferred to was closed as it was a Sunday. We found this place on google and called. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and even gave us an immediate “appointment” (unheard of where I come from with an emergency) for an hour from that time, which worked great because they were an hour away. Upon getting there, the new patient paperwork was easy, the staff was extremely friendly and we were seen without any wait. My dog is typically very nervous at the vets, but the staff was so kind, she was at complete ease. Over all, I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! My dog went home happy with her problem fixed, she was back to normal that night. Bonus? It only cost half of what I anticipated! Thank you guys very much, you were amazing!”

“I have always had a great experience bringing my dog here since she was only 7 weeks old. They are extremely helpful and informative. The Doctor always asks me if I have any questions and takes the time to answer them all. The front desk is also extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well, they have always taken the time to ensure I understand everything. My favorite part about this office is that they are very quick, I am never sitting in the office for a long period of time. There is never any wait time, if I have an appointment at a certain time, they take my dog exactly at that time. They are very respectful of people’s time, which I appreciate. I will continue to always take my pup here as I have never had a bad experience seeing any doctor.”

“I have been bringing my dogs here for several years, and the care they have received has always been exceptional. Over the past few days, one of my dogs became very sick, and Dr. Hite and her staff went above and beyond to provide compassionate, attentive care throughout the entire process.
They treated both my dog and my family with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. It was clear that their top priority was helping him recover, and I am incredibly grateful for their dedication and support during such a stressful time. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares about their patients.”
