“Customer service stinks. I was looking for a special flash light from their flier. I was told to go to the back of the store to find . If it is to not there we do not have it. The cashier I asked was very rude. This is my last visit at olies. No one seemed to care.”

“Hopefully next time I don't go off in the alarm for merch that was not deactivated. However, staff was pleasant and treated me with respect and dignity while they figured out what the cause of the alarm was and I was on my way within minutes. The store was clean and the staff were friendly and courteous. I always find what I need and much more when I go to dollar general !”
“This dollar tree in North Utica sucks but i love Dollar trees so much it still gets 4 stars. One of the best cheapest places to go shoping for a variety of different things all a dollar each and food there is not taxed. Other non food products there are only taxed 10 cents extra so its not bad at all. I bought everything i need for the house a months supply for under 50 dolars at walmart it would of been over 100.”

“So my son and I were looking for freeze dried skittles and we went to target and they didn’t have them so then we went to 5 below thinking we wasted our time coming to New Hartford but when we walked into 5 below we found them thanks to amazing customer service! This one girl was the sweetest she let us get a new one because their was a hole in the bottom and It made my sons day cause he’s been begging me for these ? thank you five below ❤️”

“I found everything I needed for cleaning, anomia, Windex refill and àntiviral/bacterial sprays. A lot of people were there, but not too long of a wait in line. The check out lady was really nice and I got through quickly.”

“I love the bargains. It's a nice store. But there were 2 workers standing around chatting it up with one that was going home for the day. Then, one of them started fixing the balloons, and there was a line on one register. They didn't jump on to get rid of the line. I enjoy getting in and out. I'm sure they do too when they're customers.They disappeared into the back. Shaking my head.Customer service has to come first in every business! That's what I learned in my working years. Work ethic has to be better!”

“i really like this store. well-stocked frozen food section with a huge selection, everything a buck each. in this respect, never seen another dollar store come close. you can't get all your groceries here but you definitely save some money making the extra trip. also a lot of other stuff, H&BA, stuff for cleaning, etc. i can't imagine a dollar store could get much better. kinda ghetto and sometimes the lines are longer... it is a trade-off i am happy to make.”
