“Our experience here was truly exceptional. On the way from Watertown to Rochester our car started to buck and stall as we entered Oswego. Under time pressure we looked for a local garage that was AAA affiliated and found Oswego Auto & Tire. I managed to get the car there and was helped by Steve. What a kind gentleman. It was snowing--he first said to bring my wife & daughter in from the cold. He said they'd give the car a quick look to see if something minor was the problem so we could resume our trip (a medical appt). When it was apparent more time was necessary we made arrangements with a very helpful local car rental office and were able to make our Rochester appointment. While there, Steve called to say the car was fixed and we could pick it up on the way back. This shop helped us immensely in a tough situation. Our car was fixed and the bill was fair. We were treated with courtesy and respect. We saw people come & go while in their waiting area--every person was treated that same way; it seemed Steve knew everyone's name. They--and we--were treated like family. If we lived closer, we would be regular customers. Words really can't covey how they helped us. We are very grateful.”

“I feel bad that I haven’t left a review for Ken’s Body Shop sooner, especially since I’ve been a customer for years. Even though I live over an hour away, I wouldn’t trust my vehicle to any other body shop. The shop feels more like walking into a doctor’s office…clean, professional, and well organized. Most importantly, the work is completed within the timeframe they promise.
They’ve treated me so well that I’ve referred at least three other people to them, and every one of them had the same outstanding experience. I can’t recommend Ken’s Body Shop enough.”

“My husband and I drove up to Oswego to check out a vehicle we were interested in purchasing for me. He saw the day before that Jake’s Automotive was close by, so we drove the vehicle over for an inspection. Due to some minor things at the dealership, we got over to Jake’s only a short time before they closed, but they were gracious to do an inspection for us. Thank goodness they did! With only a short inspection, they found several major things wrong with the car (in addition to the fact it reeked of cigarette smoke), which would have cost us over $3-$4,000 at least, and advised us to run from purchase. The woman we interacted with was extremely personable, helpful, and knew what she was taking about. They were even kind enough to complete the inspection free of charge! If we are ever in Oswego again and need to have our vehicle looked at, or are looking to purchase a vehicle there, we’ll most definitely be going back to Jake’s Automotive!”
“I had trouble with a delivery van in Oswego and the guys at A & P took good care of it. They were easy to work with and were more than fair. Being based in Buffalo and having van trouble away from home puts me at the mercy of repair shops I've never worked with before and these guys didn't let me down. Thumbs up!”

“Good prices, much cheaper than the dealers - the best prices for a garage I've found in Oswego. If you bring your own brakes, he'll install them, whereas many other garages only use their brakes.
He is very knowledgable and experienced, and has a lot of experience on both American and European cars. Everything from replacing brakes to fixing electrical wiring issues: he is experienced, does the job well, and does the job for a good price.”

“Worked on my Mother-in-law’s van which had a failed engine mount and CV joint. They took the car in and began working on it right away the day after July 4th, when many places were closed. They made sure to diagnose the correct issue, including finding the right CV joint causing extreme vibration. They were very communicative throughout the whole process, and kept us updated on the progress. Prices were more than fair, I was expecting a lot higher of a total for all the work performed. I would definitely recommend and use for future repairs.Service: Steering & suspension repair”

My insurance company recommended I set an appointment with Malone's and said that Malone's would take care of me. They absolutely did! They got me in quick, and we're very courteous in helping me with that process. If I were looking for a mechanic, they would be it!”

“We were passing through from out of town. My car started shifting gears strangely, smelling, and smoking. We pulled in to Burritt Motors as my car was about dead. They looked at my car right away and found a bad brake caliper that almost completely seized a front brake. They gave my friend a ride to the car rental place. They did the work the next morning when the part came in. My car was waiting for me, all fixed, on our return trip. The price was perfectly reasonable. A possibe worst nightmare turned out quite well. Thanks to Brad at the service desk, and Paul, the technician who did the diagnosis and work.”
