Murphy's Automotive Solutions is an honest and professional local shop with friendly people. Customers describe the customer service as outstanding, great, and accommodating. The mechanics are top notch and do quality, flawless work. They explain everything, communicate clearly, and make repairs in a timely fashion without doing extra service without permission. The shop is extremely clean. While a slight delay can occur to ensure the correct procedure, they do things correctly. Prices are reasonable, saving customers significant money compared to dealerships. Multiple reviewers have used them for years for all maintenance and repairs, highly recommending them with total confidence.

Got suspension work done here, oil changes, sensors, tire repairs and everything was done well and timely. Best shop in town and close to the university.

Excellent repairs along with diagnosis. Fair price but nothing is cheap. Quick turnaround time. Very good service. Note: the female customer service person is kind of pushy and not knowledgeable but acts like she is. ask for Tim.
