A Young man named Cooper helped me last summer when I was looking to buy a chainsaw, He went out of his way to tell me all about each model And which one would best suit my needs. I went back yesterday to have some keys cut for a toolbox and once again, Cooper did a great job and made it a great experience, which I find is very rare in today’s age. “I was struggling to put an oversized trash bin into the back seat of my car at the Oswego MY Lowe’s, in the pouring rain. It was 6pm on Saturday June 29. I mean, it happened just now. People drive by, watching a 70 yr old lady with a wrist brace struggling to get that thing in there somehow—when a young Lowes associate just leaving work named Joey stopped and helped. He ran into the store, off the clock, to get me something to tie it down with. And wouldn’t leave until he knew my bin was well secured. You don’t often see young people go out of their way to help us shoppers and especially after a long workday, in pouring rain. I have to hand it to Lowe’s, they choose great team members. I am most grateful! Just had to say this before leaving the parking lot. I’ll soon be back and hope to run into him again.”
