Murphy's Automotive Solutions is an honest and professional local shop with friendly people. Customers describe the customer service as outstanding, great, and accommodating. The mechanics are top notch and do quality, flawless work. They explain everything, communicate clearly, and make repairs in a timely fashion without doing extra service without permission. The shop is extremely clean. While a slight delay can occur to ensure the correct procedure, they do things correctly. Prices are reasonable, saving customers significant money compared to dealerships. My daughter's old Subaru wouldn't start, AAA towed it to Murphy's. They went over it and gave us their honest opinion about the cost to repair it, didn't charge us for going over it. Very nice people.

My daughter is at Oswego and I never required service on her car. I live out of town and was concerned. Murphy’s Auto was outstanding. Great customer service!!!
