“Dropped off a FedEx package with call tag. Preprint your shipping labels at home and drop them at counter at no charge. They have a counter to ship UPS and FedEx. They get picked up daily.
It is also a very nice gift shop. I was shocked to to see how is the store is once you walk in . The staff is is very friendly.”

“Post Offices across the country work hard to make sure packages are received in a timely manner. Our normal Daily Delivery driver has always been very timely and friendly. She is also very thoughtful and handles packages with care. If it is raining out and we have boxes to be delivered she will place the boxes in a thing plastic bag so the package isn’t ruined by the time we get home.
A more recent experience though was with Jeffrey inside the post office. I called there to inquire about some odd changes in tracking info and thought the package may be back at the local office for some reason. He could have brushed me off and said “I don't see it” or “call back if you don't receive it in a few days.” But I could hear the genuine “care” in his voice as he asked me to give a few moments to check something. He came back and told me they were indeed there and I could come and get them or he could still get them delivered.
Customers can be demanding, impatient and down right rude. Especially towards delivery people, counter staff, wait staff, etc.
I appreciate that our local Village Post Office still stands and is staffed with such wonderful people.”
“Very helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible. They also have packing and shipping materials as well as birthday and other cards. Always in and out. There is a good-sized parking lot as well to the side of the building.”

“UPS driver had attempted to deliver a very important parcel but was unable, it required a signature. I called the Syracuse office and ask if there was anything that could be done, and I was assisted, on a Friday afternoon, with professionalism and sincerity. The driver was fantastic and redelivered my package!!. He did it with a huge smile!!! I wish I knew their names!!! Oh and it was the end of the day, Friday, Memorial Day Weekend!!”
