“I think the place is run very efficiently and I have had great luck with the customer service people there. The customer service is really great and the people are very friendly. Usually not too much of a line and if there is a line it usually moves pretty quickly.”

“UPS driver had attempted to deliver a very important parcel but was unable, it required a signature. I called the Syracuse office and ask if there was anything that could be done, and I was assisted, on a Friday afternoon, with professionalism and sincerity. The driver was fantastic and redelivered my package!!. He did it with a huge smile!!! I wish I knew their names!!! Oh and it was the end of the day, Friday, Memorial Day Weekend!!”
