“I give Matt's Auto 5 Stars because from the Second I Called and asked my questions regarding my Vehicle, they explained it very Clear to me. Their Communication with Problems and how things work in General is Absolutely Professional and Amazing. They helped me understand, because I'm your typical girl. I don't feel like I got "Ripped off" they actually pinpointed the Problems and told me the things that needed to be done, and how to do it and how much it would cost to do it. They were very gracious with us being Late. And they were just super nice in General. We won't make it a habit, but I did get out of work a little later than expected. And they were Very Patient with My Husband and I. I made my next appointment with them and it was an Honor doing so. In fact, I will be coming here for all my Automotive needs. Also I would just like to Point out that that is the CHEAPEST I HAD ever had my tires put on!! And the Fastest!! One time I sat for a little over 2 hours at Mr. Tire. And 1.5 hours at Monser. I dropped my Car off at 9am and we received a call back saying the work was all done at 10:00am!! Phenomenal!! I also like that the first thing they did was take it down the road and test drive it. Every time I brought it to my other places I NEVER seen them test drive it, even after the fact. I feel like I was made a Priority there and they treated me and my Car with Respect.
