“I've been with this agency since August, 2019. They are not perfect, but compared to most home healthcare agencies, they get the 5 stars. They are always courteous and my supplies usually arrive on the date promised. If the order is not exactly right, it is corrected promptly. Susan calls to check in every month and she does a good job in every way. I've had some special concerns from time to time and the response has been good. Most home health care equipment companies are pretty bad in my experience so I am very happy to have this one that gives some real attention and care to the patient's needs.”

“Since 2001 I have jebbed my finger and squeezed it for a drop of blood about 3000 Times To test the sugar level. that's one of the first things a person diagnosed with diabetes will learn.About two years ago i've been investigating the new electronic blood Monitors. An ad from a company called Bridgewater medical supplies got my attention, I contacted them. They contacted me and within 2 weeks. I had my Blood monitoring kit. For the past year and a 1/2. I depended on them to get me replacements every 2 weeks. That was the lifespan of a sensor almost to the minute. The Role, they play. in making it work would be very important. However Recently my blood Sensor expired and a replacement was never Shipped. I called them only to find out that there was a problem from the supplier. Bridgewater would use this as an opportunity to better their service to their customers. In fact, as we spoke on the phone, Charlie from Bridgewater said. My package was being shipped at that moment and that the company was developing an email that would inform customers of what was happening and how to track the new sensors. Bridgewater has provided very good customer service. These new moves will move that service up to excellent. They have been A great partner in helping me monitor my diabetes. I will admit to being like a little kid with a new toy. But this unit has helped me find new ways to treat the disease. I did stop monitoring twelve two fourteen times a day and now only do it six or seven.”
