Honestly jack and the other staff was nice but when it came down to doing my feet and nails it seems like they were rushing and they hurt me a couple times and when I flinched they said to keep still or grabbed my hands/feet back to set in order. When jack was doing my nails I expressed I wanted sharp square nails and he didn’t listen. He said, that’s not in the picture but that’s what I wanted. They didn’t do a neat job, and most of my nails are missing the gel top coat.

I entered 17:03 for pedi, and left at 17:45. I STAYED at there 42 mins with 10 mins water running and 10 mins dryer. 22 mins service for $53 service🤷♀️ not recommend
And by the nys health department rules, you MUST wipe out the lotion after massage. even this simple rule was ignored and I needed to wipe out with paper towel lol

I always come here with my sister and love that gel last for more than 2 weeks but I don't understand why we gotta tell the manicurist not to file our nails too much, and is any manicurist we chose, I have even heard other customers asking same thing (not too skinny/ not too thin). I don't understand, why leave the nail out of portion?

Do not recommend, especially the owner!! She’s overly priced and don’t do anything properly.
The photo is a day after getting my nails done.
There’s a photo of my desired style vs what I got (mind you, I asked for acrylic with sns powder but didn’t get that and yet I was over charged).
She didn’t even clean my nail or cut it, some of the tips are half way off. Very unprofessional. I’m never going back there.
She also shares the customer around with her staff so you have to tip them all.

My sister for the past 3 years had given my other sister and myself 100.00 gift certificates
Every time we pay with the gift certificate, they look at us as if we have stolen them. They check the signature and the balance they write themselves and study the gift certificate over and over again and asks us who signed. We have this problem all the time. I told them they should keep a log of what they do. I’m starting to believe this is a scam. Acting they don’t know. I will tell my sister never to give us gift certificate from that place. They are fine collecting the money but when it comes for us to to use the certificate, they don’t like it because for them it’s not cash

I bring my mom here all the time if not most of the time to treat her and from what I hear she tells me she’s happy every time, for me personally I don’t do my nails that often but with me I’m happy with the result whenever I do go do my own. The Chinese lady there is friendly and service is good, the Spanish ladies the do a really good job in there. ???

i didn’t know I asked for bubble acrylic for $40! I wish I could add videos. She hands me the towel because she doesn’t want to dry my hands and she NEVER uses lotion to moisturize my nails! Two times!!! I used to come here often she can kick rocks! Either that or I’ll wait for the nice Hispanic ladies! My mom won’t come either if I have to deal with this Asian lady!

Very bad experience I got today when I go for my nail ,she cut my cuticles very deep and I got bad cut and swelling on the spot ,and messed up my nail shape,she was so rough and ruined my nail ,I will not gonna go back to her. ,just waste my money,very disappointed
