If I could give 0 stars I would.I get online at the pharmacy with about 6 people ahead of me and I'm waiting around 25-30 minutes mind you the pharmacy is fully staffed. Once I step up one of the cashiers told me you guys will be the last two because we go on lunch ( the guy behind me as well) and I'm like ok you have to tell them that ( the 10 people behind me and the other customer) the other lady finished paying I go up to the cashier and she tells me we're closing for lunch and I told her the other cashier said we are the last two I need to get the medication for my son please, and she kept saying we're closed the other cashier told her we still have 2 minutes just take her and she kept fighting against it saying we're closed so I got aggravated and you guys have a minute left I don't understand she ended up doing it with an attitude of corse. She spent 2 minutes arguing with me instead of just getting my sons medicine and made herself late to lunch I understand you need a break nothing wrong with that but it's taking 30 minutes to serve 5 people then your going to kick us all out and have an attitude about it ? Absolutely disgusting and I'm not even know to post reviews.

Linda was one of the best cashiers I’ve encountered. Great customer service; she deserves a raise.

Consumed by wanderlust like a nomad I seek and find pharmacies either corporate national or local Mom and Pop owned based on marketing segmentation: demographics, psychographics, geographic and behavioral. It is true price varies from location to location and from CVS to CVS as well as inventory stock.Disappointingly the household cleaning product aisle contain near empty shelves as the staff either does not receive a delivery from corporate HQ or the staff does not keep the store's inventory well stocked. I needed basic household cleaning products of toilet bowl cleaner which is still on my shopping list, but to my dismay it was mostly sold out and out of stock possibly due to the effects of COVID-19. The acne treatment inventory contains very limited brand names and low inventory stock. There is only one human cashier and two (2) functioning self-service checkout counters. I opted for the self-service checkout as the sales associate stepped away from the cashier counter. The scanners at the self-service checkout are fully functioning without any technical problems. I had no issues when scanning my CVS store loyalty card. The hidden coupon compartment within the self-service cashier machine was full to the rim which produced a public announcement message "assistance is needed" and the CVS associate opened the hidden coupon compartment only to push all the coupons down allowing additional space to add more. Whoa, when I worked in a retail store we had to empty bins by close of business day and never leave bins or compartments full to the rim the next day. This CVS pharmacy store #2041 is easily accessible via Q24 bus on Atlantic Avenue or A train at 80th Street station in Ozone Park, Queens, NYC.

The worst pharmacy I've been to in 10 years. Incompetent workers. I have no idea what schools they finished but the mathematics were at a very low level. Every time they face me less pills. They probably cannot count to 30. Max to 24. The manager cannot handle the coworker's. I get constantly conflicting information about my medicines. When I called for the first time I was told that I have no refills of my medication and I have go to the doctor for a new prescription. I called in 30 minutes later, another employee tells me that my medicines are available for pick up. Total mess and disaster. I believe that the entire team, including management, should be replaced by more responsible, competent and pharmaceutical-educated specialists. English at the elementary level. Very difficult cooperation.Very long wait time for medicines. Very rude employees. I believe that this institution should be closed as soon as possible becouse that situation is a real danger for patients. People who are not competent and not educated are working over there. Tragedy. Do not order medication there because if they make a mistake and get another one you can lose your life. Please do not risk and find another pharmacy in this area. Good luck.

I cannot believe this is happening again. A pharmacist thinking their vast medical education replaces that of a licensed physician. I had my second spinal fusion a month ago. This is very painful and not something you take a couple of ** and after a week or so are back to work. Called my doctor today to get a refill. This was placed before 9 am. Now SVS has this listed as "delayed, under pharmacists review." How can a pharmacist without my medical history know what is best for me? Great people abuse but not all of us do. Some actually are in pain. Now I have to wait until the highly trained pharmacist determines it is my best medical interest. Perhaps I should take a handfull of ** every 8 hours until the refill. I am sure they would be happy if I shut down kidneys.

They are not even one star!!! First off the pharmacy is incredibly rude. I can't say that enough!!!! RUDE. And don't bother trying to talk to the store manager. She is just as rude and does not even know the District Managers name. Which if I am not mistaken it is on the wall with a picture. This pharmacy has given the wrong medication more than once and not even for 30 days to my father. How dangerous is this??? A bottle with someone else's meds in. And thank God he did not accidentally take it since you can't hardly mix anything with his meds. They lie all the time to him. Telling him you can pick it up this day and turn around and when he calls to get it they say nope sorry it will be this day. Most of the time they do not even have his meds in and he is waiting. This pharmacy has gone down way down.... And to allow your staff to be rude to customers thinking that is OK??? I can only hope people will start going somewhere else and let them stop making money off of good people to be treated like garbage. Due to treating a Parkinsons patient like you did and now making an er trip because of it. Thanks for everything CVS you are not a good place at all. We will be taking our business to a pharmacy that has at the least great customer service!!!!! We can definitely do better than you.

Hello. I am very disappointed with the behavior of the employees of this pharmacy. I think it's the fault of the manager who cannot cope with the coworkers. There is only one solition: Change the manager into a responsible and competent person who will control this chaos or replace all the workers. They always had problems with online receptions but recently it's ridiculous.

Never saw workers that incompetent. They don't have even minimum respect for the customers. Cheated with amount of pills. I never got as many as the doctor wrote on the prescription. Manager doesn't care about the workers behavior. They are very slow, lazy and not friendly. My advice: Change everyone, but First the manager. She is responsible for her whole team.

Their Pharmacy department needs a better system when it comes to finding your prescription. I have been waiting as long as 20-23 minutes to pickup a prescription because the customers prescription in front of me cannot be found. I would be more then happy to show them a "system" FOR FREE, to implement immediately. I have very good organizational skills and would be willing to share with them.

Great deals on products if you sign up for the CVS app. Easy store to shop in, quiet atmosphere, nice employees.

There is never parking to make a quick stop for on the go over the counter medicine. It takes for ever to pick up medication and the parking lot is always full! Took my business right across the street.
