I go to drop off 4.45 lady said your Madisen is on hold. I speak to a guy guy speak to pharmacist which is a white lady lady said pharmacy is closed after she’s said she announced whole cvs next 5 mints ph will be closed. What jokes she made. I yield to pharmacist why she do this
I came to ph before 15 mints closed.
Then she give me my medicine . What a great job we accept to a pharmacist..
when I speak to staff few staff laugh at me
Unfortunately no body speak like me this is the true.. I was very sick she told me tomorrow you get your medicine while I have 15 mints before closed.,

Customer service at the pharmacy is bad in person, but what's worse is they can't even be bothered to answer the phone. I called with a question. The automated phone voice tells me that I can expect a call back in one hour. Then It asks me to confirm my phone number. Which I do, and then it tells me it will send me a text message which is not going to work because I have a question.

Pharmacist said they can’t tell me if they have my prescription in stock. That’s totally BS. So I can I know if you guys have what I’m being prescribed. Don’t treat me like your mother. I’m a customer and I have personal issues that my meds help. Now you can’t do your job let someone else do it. 12:56pm I just got off the phone with them. A fem voice so please fire her.

**Review for CVS Pharmacy**
My wife recently had a disappointing experience at the CVS pharmacy that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, the customer service We received from a particular associate left much to be desired and reflected a concerning lack of professionalism.
Upon entering the pharmacy department, My wife was greeted with a dismissive attitude, which set a negative tone for my visit. When she approached the customer service counter with questions about my prescription, the associate seemed uninterested and was quite curt in their responses. Instead of providing the assistance She needed, they appeared frustrated and unwilling to help, which made me feel undervalued as a customer.
Moreover, the level of disrespect She encountered was surprising. Rather than fostering a welcoming environment, the demeanor of the staff contributed to a sense of discomfort. It’s crucial for customer service representatives, especially in a healthcare setting, to show compassion and understanding, yet this experience fell short on both fronts.
As a loyal customer, we expect to receive respectful and professional service, especially when it comes to my health and well-being. I hope that CVS will take this feedback seriously and ensure that all associates receive the proper training and guidance to improve their customer interaction skills.

Our schedule time for vaccine was not honored! We waited for over an hour to moving back and forth between counters. The Hispanic male tech as the drop off cash register was unprofessional and rude.

I was denied service a few minutes before closing and I needed to pick up very important medications for one of my family members. The pharmacy department just laughed and said we are closed.

-0, I wish I could give 0 stars. Very horrible service and very rude stuff. Never have your prescription ready yet calls and says that it is. Waste of my time!!!

Was there at 5.59pm and was told they close at 6i said I really need the medication for tonight that’s why I was rushing to get here before 6 , she said come back tomorrow , not great service

Mostly doing a review on the Pharmacy. There's always a line but they're pretty quick when it comes to filling a prescription. Accidentally called once thinking it was the one in Howard Beach and got upset over the phone.. Honestly this CVS Pharmacy is way better and quicker than the one in Howard Beach. They pick up the phone quicker too. As far as the store itself. it's much cleaner looking and better parking than the Howard Beach location.
