My uncle came to Excel Auto body shop couple months back and when he got his car back I thought he got a replacement vehicle from the dealership.Fast forward. I got rear ended. The employees at excel auto body helped me get in a rental and kept me updated all times with the progress. Not only were they super helpful but I received my car looking 100x better than I originally got the car from the dealership.They cleaned the whole exterior and interior of my vehicle. Not one dust inside the car ??????. Also got my car back without any personal belonging missing.I 100% recommend this shop. Thank you Excel Auto Body.

Nothing short of fantastic service from this shop. A friend of mine recommended them to us and not only did they fix the problem we went in for, they did touch ups all around the car. When we got our Mustang back it actually felt as new as the day we first bought the car. They were extremely communicative and I felt compelled to leave this review because rarely do I ever walk away from an experience and rate it a 10/10. Some of the most honest and trustworthy people I’ve had the notable pleasure of working with. Truly a wonderful experience and I intend to recommend them anytime anyone I know is in need of body work on their car. Hank and Andrew provided phenomenal customer care. Bought a certified po bmw and had some damage on door and shitty cover up paint job. Took it to excel and you can't even tell it's been touched. Hank is the man got my paint looking like factory. Great work gets done in this establishment. Would recommend any and everybody. Best Autobody in queens, don't listen to the fake reviews.. thanks again !!

Have brought in 5 different vehicles over the years for extensive repairs and have had zero issues or complaints. The communication/ transparency is second to none. They are also very familiar with a ton of insurance adjustors which helps get the ball rolling asap. They are also conveniently located 2 blocks away from an enterprise car rental branch. He always give right advice that what should be good for the car He fix my dodge charger and when i saw the car it was unbelievable. They did their job very perfectly. After my son did severe damage to his car on the Nassau Exp during the first snow storm of 2020/21, I read all the reviews of nearby shops and Excel was the obvious choice. Andrew was sympathetic to our situation--and very calming and reassuring. He communicated step-by-step what to expect with our insurance provider and assured me that all would be taken care of.
