Scammers! Last weekend I went in to purchase a game, the cashier quickly rushed through the checkout prompts without giving me a chance to see what was being added. In the pay now screen, I noticed that the price was higher than expected and told him the total is incorrect. He went back on the prompts and I noticed he snuck in a warranty coverage charge. I said I never consented to that charge and he lied by saying “our system automatically adds it on”. I can only imagine how many people they have tricked and stolen their money through unauthorized warranty add ons to their purchase total. Avoid this location at all costs!

Worst GameStop location I've ever been to. I miss the Howard Beach location. That one was always good.. rather than going to this one in Atlantic ave, you could always go 1 exit up on the belt to the gateway mall

Employees open the store when they want don't answer the phone we see them inside the store sitting around doing nothing when people knock on the door th3y just say there closed

I went this Store to buy my son a E-card for Nintendo of 35 I hand Miss Alexa one card went I look at the credit machine I saw she scanned two card when I hand her when I told her why she scanned two she I’m sorry and took it off without verifying which one she took off.i called many times no pick up I’m very upset with the services and that she stole my purchase.

I went in the store to make a purchase. I was told that I needed Gamestop Pro (which I DID NOT!) in order for me to go online with my console. I've been calling the store since the day of my purchase and no one answers the phone-even though the person that helped me was on the phone the entire time I was in the store making my purchase. I'm very disappointed and just want back the money I was tricked out of for this Pro nonsense!
