This is have to be the worst MetroPCS store in queens i could not believe this customer service . This store should be shut down . You don’t get no service here’s they will keep you waiting forever. Ridiculous?

This place have a guy name ( Raymond) who says his the manager of this store located at 104 liberty ave ,with out any respect at the costumers and with out any experience on his job and a bad attitude . so bad charging me for a uncompleted service and telling me the I have to pay doble because he said. I am so disappointed

Absolute garbage. Had a great guy named Johnny, very helpful, but now they brought in a scam artist Patricia. Very unhelpful and trying to sell unnecessary stuff saying is Part if the plan. Waste of time, don't even go there unless you want to be ripped off.

Guy who works there is a crook..david is his name, charge me for a phone case and I specifically told him that I dont want a case!! Then refuse to refund me back my money!!!!
