I recently visited this location and I am giving it five stars. The Optometrist was very professional and friendly and explained everything to me. She was able to assist me with all my concerns. Then there’s Selena, whom displayed exceptional service in assisting me. I highly recommend this location; to everyone especially if you live in Richmond hill.

I have been using this location for the last 8 years. I have myopia and astigmatism. A couple months ago dr. Inrava Khasnabish told me my vision was not correctable to 20/20 anymore. I have a hard time seeing on the small laptop screens my job just switched to. I took an accommodation form which she just need to check off the vision box and list my eye conditions and list a recommendation to provide an adequate screen or larger screen laptop. She refused to speak to me, give me an eye exam and told the receptionist that she will not sign anything and that I should go to my primary care doctor to sign a vision accommodation form. I cant ask a random eye doctor to sign such a form or a random location where I haven't treated at before. Just disappointed and suffering.

Amazing experience here a year ago. However, the complete opposite experience. Just needed a contact lense exam and was quoted $185 not covered by my insurance. Same insurance but was told that I SHOULD have been charged for premium last year instead of the standard $40 that I paid last year because I have an astigmatism. I asked why does the type of lense matter for the eye exam for glasses and lenses when the lenses and glasses are separate purchases. Again told, I SHOULD have paid more last year. Will save the $185 and go to Costco as I have for the past 15 years and pay $75 for the same exam without insurance. All of the female staff from last year is completely different, maybe going early in the morning when no one wants to be bothered with customer service may not have been the best option. I checked my insurance and called Aetna and my routine yearly exam is supposed to be covered, no such thing as a premium exam as told.

Went with their recommendation with the prescription for sunglasses not to get the full and now can’t see when I drive and can’t be corrected without spending another $1k on glasses.

I always have the best and most personable experience when visiting the Ozone park office with Dr Khasnabish Her professionalism, vast knowledge, and thorougness makes me feel at ease everytime. I just adore her

I stopped in to shop for some glasses and was warmly greeted by Priscilla and their wonderful staff. It was such a lovely experience I had to write a review! Even after I mentioned I'd just be browsing and may not be purchasing, Priscilla patiently helped with all my questions and concerns and even gave me some suggestions for my situation to consider. I can see where all the good reviews are coming from. They truly bring a genuine human element to todays mechanical shopping process at this location. I'd love to shop with them in the future and highly recommend to anyone who's reading!

I recently picked up my new Sferoflex prescribed glasses. Great services, very punctual. The vibe in there is always professional & polite. Shout out to the woman who does her own eye brows (I never asked her name but she knows who she is) Haha Her smile lights up that place. Overall; 5 stars review from me!

This place is a rip off . I broke my glasses came in they told me my warranty expired 3 months ago . I said ok no problem.So I purchased a replacement I told the tech I wanted everything the same as the original frame and lens( purchased from them ) .I paid 160, I went back a day later just to confirm that the lens was blue light reflecting she (different tech and she confirmed original lens was blue light reflecting)said no and that I had to pay 199.00 extra because they already charged my insurance I paid that amount because I work and stare at a computer . Never again I paid 360 for a pair of glasses and frames that are not name brand…

“Tech” still questionable about her status did not give me a preview or tell me anything what she was gonna do when she put me in front of the machine. She shot something into my eye she scared me I didn’t know what the hell she was gonna do next. She did not tell me anything. Do not like them. Doctor was very nice going back for an appointment again next Wednesday Will do an update
