If you want to get robbed than go to Quick Lube at 103-23 100th street in Ozone Park.We went for an inspection and they said the car would never pass that we needed two front tires.I told them forget it and went to another tire place and they said the tires were fine. This place should be closed down What a disgrace!!!!!

This place is a scam went to get an oil change and brought my own oil and the Hispanic guy that people say is such a good guy tried to take my brand new oil in it’s box and put old oil that they have around the place he didn’t expect me to notice what he was trying to do, THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

BE CAREFUL!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE I took my car to have an oil change, I bring my oil and the filter and they were insisting that I go sit at the office and I told them no, before putting in the oil that I brought, the person who was doing the oil change is a Hispanic gentleman, he tells me to go to the office to pay, I tell him okay when I go to the office to pay I turn back and I saw the gentleman who was taking the oil that I brought to hide it, what he did not expect was that I was going to turn around, He got nervous when he saw me. they send you to the office to sit down so they can take the oil that you bring and they put old oil that they have on the tool table. BE CAREFUL ALWAYS TRY TO SEE WHAT THEY DO TO YOUR CAR.

Guys don’t go to them they shows too much attitude they don’t know how to deal with the customer. They always shows busy busy and tells you come another day. that’s not how you treat Customer you should see was the problem in the car and tell them what they should do next instead of telling them come next day. They’re very selfish person. They only look up into big money cars where they can make a lot of profit so they don’t care about your problem.

I bought my suv to get a simple oil changed. I read the reviews, this spot takes twenty minutes for an oil changed. Supposed to be an easy exchange. When I got there (on 99th st) a white van, a ford pickup truck and a bmw was already on the lift. I parked behind the bmw and asked the technician how long I have to wait for an oil changed. He said after the bmw, 20 minutes. “No problem I’ll wait.” Roughly 15 minutes later more customers started to form. One customer in a sedan pulled up and parked in front of me, and walked right in. Spoke to the technician in their language and the customer walked back to his car and drove off. I didn’t think anything of it. Another 15 mins pass, i was wondering if the bmw had any other issues because the technician was still working on the bmw. I understand sometimes it would require more time. So I asked the technician again “how long much longer before the oil change?” That’s when I realized the sedan was already on the lift on the 100th st side getting service, then the technician said “another 20mins after the sedan.” I was very angry and decided not to give them my business and left. Moral of the story, if you are a new customer just know you won’t be treated and serviced at the same sequence of arrival. I find this extremely unprofessional and unethical.

This review is very late, came here 2 years ago and the customer service was terrible. The guy who I think is the owner is not friendly at all. Thankfully I found a better place to go.
