Last weekend I dropped some items and the entire floor had no A/C even though they advertise climate control. Reached out to customer service and they have no timeline on this issue would be fixed. Beware

So far my experience has been excellent. It's a nice facility.
I did have a pleasant experience, when I 1st was "checking in", I was told to park in the numbered spot.
When I came back the 2nd time, I did the same. The male employee of that Saturday morning shift told us that we didn't have to do that anymore, just put my code in and just pull in.?
We had two vehicles at that moment but, I had a personal "duh" ? moment.
Very appreciative to him for pointing ? ? that out to me as I was still in transition mode.
Very helpful, intuitive staff, would definitely recommend ? ?
