As a former fast food worker I agree it can be challenging to deal with customers; but there’s no need to give any sort of attitude or act entitled behaving like you own the Subways corporate. Some big chunky male with white hair was really rude to my boyfriend and I. We were respectful to him but the same wasn’t reciprocated towards us. He had made us wait a whole 15-20 min to get our order taken. On top of that we were given a bad attitude. It doesn’t cost a penny to be nice!

I couldn't even eat at this place because the older Indian man was SO RUDE. I asked for a chopped salad at first he said No Salads. I told him he had all the ingredients. He told me "Fine but he wasn't going to cut anything up. " This is not the first time he's been rude to me, I'll never go in there again.

I came in just to try the churro and Pretzel. It was a total disappointment. The churro was very chewy and lacked flavor. Very light in color. It needed more time in the fryer, assuming that's how they made it, because the texture was off. The Pretzel was overcooked and hard to chew. Won't be buying this from here again.

The Spanish lady is rude and very unprofessional. She behaves like she is doing favor for me by making my order. I used to come to this subway store every time but this lady has ruined my order several times. This women should be fired.

Worst experience at Subway restaurant. The two Hispanic ladies who works there were extremely rude and unprofessional. All they were doing was talking the whole time and hardly paying attention to customers while working. I asked for some napkins and the lady with blonde hair color made such a UGH face like I made a huge mistake by asking for napkins. First of all, they don’t put napkins outside for customers to take and they literally gave us 2 napkins for my husband and I. When we ordered food, the lady was rushing us like there’s no tomorrow. We were the last on the mini line they had. I told her can you please give us a minute because we aren’t regulars at subway restaurants and again the face she made. Very rude. No smile, no greetings, we felt absolutely horrid while dining there. They just want to get paid but not work, only chatting among themselves. We did not feel welcome at all. I think it’s under new management because the previous workers and manager who was there were very friendly and nice and it was couple of years or so I believe.

Speak slow and clearly state what you want, or they will mess up. Watch what they're doing cause they will just go on auto and not wait for you. When they messed up, instead of remaking the sandwich, he scraped off the sauce, cheese, and some of the meat and tried to just give that to me.

Another unsatisfied customer. Good job Subway!! App seems like a scam. It takes your money and doesn't put your order in their database. No1 to call or care to correct the issue. Subway is as they say a "Subway"
