Very slow service. I only came to make deposit and had to wait in the line for 45 minutes. I don't know if it's lack of staff or slow staff but the suck. I need to close the business account hereStay away from this location

This 5 stars are for Minjie and Minjie alone! Lol I would usually give this bank a 1 star but he was so helpful I'll move past all my bad experiences there. Best TD employee in Queens.

I really love TD Bank and it hurts me to give America's Most Convenient Bank a 1* Star Review however that is all this bank branch deserves. This is by far the worst TD Bank branch I have ever been to. I would rather go to the branch on Crossbay Blvd which is further from me. This branch only has two ATM machines; why does only one machine work? Also, why can't the ATM machine take Cash Deposits? This is absolutely absurd. It would also help if the tellers moved a little faster since the lines are always long no matter what time of day it is.

No comment against this particular location, but I used TD Bank's online services and telephone services to obtain a home loan. I specifically informed the loan representative that I had begun a new job and inquired if that would affect my chances of an approval which they ensured me it would not. After a month of searching for a home and then another month of completing the home inspect and appraisal and providing all necessary documents, I was denied the loan for the single reason that I was not employed at my full-term position long enough for them to consider that as my steady income (I had been employed for about 3 months at that time). As a result, the sellers nearly back out of the closing process and I nearly lost the home I struggled to select. Luckily I reached out to a more local lender right away who approved me in less than a month and I was able to purchase the home I wanted right away. TD Bank loan services not only wasted my time and my money but almost cost me my home. In addition to that, the loan representative I worked with was almost impossible to get in touch with on a regular basis which definitely delayed the closing process because I could not get the information I needed in a timely manner. I would NOT recommend TD Bank's loan services.

You guys have it listed that you close at 3pm and when I arrived you have it listed on the door as 1pm. For the inconvenience of me traveling all the way over there, you guys could have helped me out considering it was only me and another girl standing out front. Also you could have came out side and talked to us instead of just shrugging you’re shoulder....

This bank is absolutely the worst, from the lack of ATM machines to the customer service. Not nearly enough machines to service the people in the neighborhood as it's the only TD near by. The customer service is atrocious, never enough tellers and always a line that seems to go to the door. I waited online for about 10 mins for a service and by any bank standards that's not bad but I was next up and this man decided to skip the entire line and go over to the teller and have her change and convert money, he came out of nowhere and just ignored the 10 people waiting! The teller didn't say anything nor did the floor staff. This is basically Liberty's TD bank in a nutshell.

I came in here for a new debit card and despite this being a Thursday, the line was extremely long and after finally getting to the one teller, I was told the machine isn't working for a new debit card and there's nothing they can do. Seriously? You couldn't tell me this while I did a long wait in the line ? Very rude and unprofessional staff! Considering changing banks because of this to be honest. This isn't the first time they've been unhelpful to assist in a similar matter. It's time for a new bank. Thanks for always being unreliable and unhelpful TD, you've just lost a customer! Also, another reviewer mentioned they need to take a break after each customer and that's 100% correct!

Avoid Avoid Avoid The atm machine on the right side of the lobby decided to keep part of my cash deposit today. And then, when that wasn't enough, decided to keep my debit card too. To make matters worse, the bank just locked their doors and were unwilling to provide any type of support, even when there were still workers and clients inside. Banging on the doors. Nothing. Only after opening the doors to let people out was I able to speak to someone, but only through those locked glass doors again. No one came out to examine the machine. All they said was "call and file a complaint". Call what number? I don't have my card. It's in your atm machine. Your machine has no number. Finally, after more people left, someone else finally and grudgingly told me they don't have the keys for the atm. And I would need to file a claim for my lost money. She passed me a customer service card with a 888 number through a crack in between those locked doors. At least offer to cancel my card and issue me a new one! I know you just closed 10 minutes ago, but show some compassion and customer service!

Went here to deposit my check, it was a Saturday and the bank was closed so I used the ATM. There weren't any pens to use to sign my check, so I asked the guard if he can give a pen. He passed it under the door, I used it, and forgot to hand it back to him. He started banging and yelling from inside the bank to return the pen. That's not the problem, he had the only attitude and was so unprofessional acting like a crazy person over a pen. I don't go to this TD bank for the unprofessionalism in the first place, other TD banks treat you better. Another place to give Liberty Avenue it's bad rep.

The worst customer service. Unprofessional, felt like they didn't want to help, they were dismissive.. from the employees to the bank manager. I've been to other tds and this 1 is by far the worst. I hate the fact that this is the closest 1 to my house smh

Avoid at all cost. I scheduled an appointment 1.5 weeks in advance to close on a loan. I showed up early ready to complete the process and to my surprise the staff was completely unaware of the appointment. The staff showed no interest in trying to find out what has to be done but rather relied "today is busy and you will have to wait." I responded "I made an appointment in advance and waiting defeats the purpose of an appointment. " The staff clearly had no interest in what I had to say so we agreed that I will show up @ 1 PM to complete the process. I learned my lesson and called in advance to check if the person was ready for me and this is where the experience got even worst. The staff explained that they had power issues and cannot download the required documents. This was complete bull. You were able to open the branch, log into your system but you cannot download a few PDFs? This is by far the worst banking experience I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and pick another branch. I chose this branch because it was close to my home....what a mistake. My business is delayed as all the docs and disclosures are now invalid as the closing date passed. ## Update ## Eventually concluded by business by the Rockaway Blvd location. What a different in customer service vs the Liberty Ave branch.

Always ALWAS long lines with one teller and atm's are always full so you can't deposit cash into the atm. This branch is the worst.
