CubeSmart Self Storage in Jamaica, NY is a beautifully managed, super clean facility with a very nice storage space. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, helpful, well-mannered, and trustworthy, providing wonderful customer service. They are always ready to help, answer questions, and make the move-in process easy. The location is kept very clean. However, a current issue is that many new storage units have been installed outside in the center of the parking area where parking space used to be. This has made it incredibly difficult and dangerous to accommodate cars when there are many customers, creating a kind of hazardous condition for cars and people. It is recommended that this space be freed to create better parking again. Overall, customers are delighted to rent here and would recommend this place for storage needs.
